[Movie] Judas Priest / Living After Midnight (at High Voltage Festival 2011)
We Japanese may think that the best tunes of Judas Priest are for example "The Hellion", "Electric Eye", "Hell Bent for Leather", You’ve Got Another Thing Comin’" etc. But for British, it’s definitely "Living After Midnight". So many people had been singing together this song before the encore began. In a great chorus, this was totally different from listening with a CD. Exellant!!
After "Living After Midnight" which is last of the show, the real midnight began.
日本人的感覚からするとジューダス・プリーストのベスト・チューンといえば「The Hellion」「Electric Eye」「Hell Bent for Leather」「You’ve Got Another Thing Comin’」などでしょうが、イギリス人が大好きなのは「Living After Midnight」。アンコールが始まる前から催促のように皆歌っていました。やはりライヴの大合唱の中で聴くと、CDとは全く違う感動が味わえます。
この曲を最後にプリーストのライヴは閉幕。感動覚めやらぬロンドンの夜、帰路につくのですが、この後、私は闇の世界へ迷い込むのでありました。→過去の投稿へ続く
